<p>Siglas e abreviações são elementos corriqueiros do nosso dia a dia e nos deparamos com elas em muitos textos e situações diversas.</p>

<p>Na prática clínica há uma infinidade de siglas, sejam elas associadas a nomes de doenças, parâmetros fisiológicos, solicitações de exames e resultados de exames laboratoriais.</p>

<h2><i class="fas fa-book-medical"></i> O Farmacêutico e a Prática Clínica</h2>
<p>Não é possível falar de prática clínica sem mencionar os farmacêuticos.</p>
<p>Em 29 de agosto de 2013 o Conselho Federal de Farmácia publicou a Resolução 585 que trata em seu artigo 1º:</p>
<blockquote><p>Art. 1º Regulamentar as <strong>atribuições clínicas do farmacêutico</strong> nos termos desta resolução.</p>
<p>&#8230;</p>
<p>Art. 2º As atribuições clínicas do farmacêutico visam à promoção, proteção e recuperação da saúde, além da prevenção de doenças e de outros problemas de saúde.</p>
<p>Parágrafo único. As atribuições clínicas do farmacêutico visam proporcionar cuidado ao paciente, família e comunidade, de forma a promover o uso racional de medicamentos e otimizar a farmacoterapia, <strong>com o propósito de alcançar resultados definidos que melhorem a qualidade de vida do paciente</strong>.</p>

<p>CAPÍTULO I &#8211; DAS ATRIBUIÇÕES CLÍNICAS DO FARMACÊUTICO</p>
<p>Art. 7º São atribuições clínicas do farmacêutico relativas ao cuidado à saúde, nos âmbitos individual e coletivo:</p>
<p>&#8230;</p>
<p>VII &#8211; Prover a <strong>consulta farmacêutica</strong> em consultório farmacêutico ou em outro ambiente adequado, que garanta a privacidade do atendimento;</p>
<p>VIII &#8211; Fazer a <strong>anamnese farmacêutica</strong>, bem como verificar sinais e sintomas, com o propósito de prover cuidado ao paciente;</p>
<p>IX &#8211; Acessar e conhecer as informações constantes no <strong>prontuário do paciente</strong>;</p>
<p>X &#8211; Organizar, interpretar e, se necessário, <strong>resumir os dados do paciente</strong>, a fim de proceder à avaliação farmacêutica;</p>
<p>&#8230;</p>
<p>XII &#8211; <strong>Avaliar resultados de exames clínico-laboratoriais do paciente</strong>, como instrumento para individualização da farmacoterapia;</p>
<p>&#8230;</p>
<p>XIV &#8211; <strong>Determinar parâmetros bioquímicos e fisiológicos do paciente</strong>, para fins de acompanhamento da farmacoterapia e rastreamento em saúde;</p></blockquote>
<p>O artigo 1º trata das <strong>atribuições clínicas</strong>, ou seja, a prática clínica é uma prática inerente à profissão farmacêutica, é uma competência, uma função ou prerrogativa.</p>
<p>O parágrafo único do artigo 2º estabelece bem o objetivo das atribuições clínicas que em sua essência objetivam a melhoria da qualidade de vida do paciente.</p>
<p>Já os incisos do artigo 7º, onde destacamos os termos: <strong>consulta farmacêutica</strong>, <strong>anamnese farmacêutica</strong>, <strong>prontuário do paciente</strong>, <strong>resumir os dados do paciente,</strong> <strong> avaliar resultados de exames clínico-laboratoriais do paciente</strong>, <strong>determinar parâmetros bioquímicos e fisiológicos do paciente, </strong>são aspectos inerentes à <span style="color: #cf2b2b;"><strong>PRÁTICA CLÍNICA</strong></span> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">que requerem o conhecimento de siglas e abreviações.</span></p>
